Nadine Gajnik

Nadine was born and raised in France where, as a student she attended an art school. After migrating to Australia with her husband, Nadine settled in Brisbane where she had the chance to join Myers stores working on the Christmas windows and freelancing for a couple of publishers and various art design companies.

What followed for Nadine was a few years of travelling and moving around for family duties and commitments and she now lives permanently in Melbourne. she has a love of life in general and enjoys working on all kind of subjects, whether being Wildlife and its beautiful and fragile ecosystems, Still-life with its abundance of flowers, fruits and vegetables or just People going about their daily life.

Having a background in illustration, her approach is always the same in terms of composition, balance, story telling and as a painter looks for colours, light and rhythm of paint. Nadine also enjoys bushwalking and with the warmer months ahead, is looking forward to do plenty of that along with plein air landscape painting.
