Pauline Stewart

Pauline Stewart, born in Melbourne, Victoria, is a realist artist painting in both watercolour and oil.

She has held 19 solo exhibitions and participated in numerous group shows. Since studying drawing at RMIT in her teens she has opened and judged art exhibitions in Victoria, and has demonstrated her talent to many art groups and mentored and encouraged young children in schools throughout Australia.

Pauline has been represented in many publications including articles for Australian Artist Magazine in 2007 and 2010. Pauline has won over 20 major awards, including Best Painting Under $400 at Camberwell Rotary Art Show. Her most recent prizes are, Watercolour Society of Australia, Kenneth Jack Memorial Award; Best Flowers and Garden 2013; 1st Prize AGRA Presidents Challenge 2014; 1st Prize AAL winter competition 2014; Finalist/ Australian Art Excellence Exhibition 2013 -2014- 2015 – 2016 and Best Miniature Painting, Strathdon Art Show 2016.

Pauline is a member of The Watercolour Society of Australia. Sherbrooke Art Society. Doncaster and Templestowe Art Society. Australian Society of Miniature art Inc. and a signatory member of Australian Guild of Realist Artists.
